In this regard we have received several requests regarding the said petition, which consist of the enjoyment of this new law does not entail any prejudice to the complement of productivity.
For this reason we have proposed an amendment to Article 11, Supplement productivity and variable remuneration of the Agreement on economic, social work so that the enjoyment of this right does not entail any financial loss in the complement of productivity.
