In Temuco, January 6, 2005, 20:15 hrs being in street Matta 0560, members meet in order to form the Organization Functional community called Motorcycle Club Temuco, governed by Law 19,418 belonging to la Unidad Vecinal Nº 22 de la comuna de Temuco, con la presencia del funcionario municipal, quién actúa como Ministro de Fe, Sra Lilian Muñoz Saavedra.
Como primer punto; se aprueban los Estatutos que regirán la organización.
